After working hard on our Mother’s Day Film Project (watch full video here), we decided to go out to celebrate and give ourselves a well deserved break… and there was no better way to do that than at Harry’s! Having recently just revamped their menu, they now have an extensive menu of more than 40+ dishes. We were spoilt to the max with their generous portions of Appetizers, Sharing Plates, Big Plates(Mains) and Desserts. Here’s what we were treated to in between sips of my refreshing Cute-cumber drink:
SMALL PLATES – Harry’s Signature Wings > Crisps Royale (Breaded Calamari, Baby Seahorse Mackerels, Chips, Yummy Dip) > Soy-Glazed Beef Cubes
SHARING PLATES – Sriracha Seafood Flatbread
BIG PLATES – Cold Soba Summer Salad > Slow Braised Beef Cheeks > Fillet O’Harry > Kimchi Chicken Burger
DESSERTS – Sticky Date Toffee Pudding > Adult Cheesecake Sundae (with half a shot of Baileys)
Well, those who know me, know that I’m generally easy with food… So in a way, I’m probably the worst person to do a food review. BUT I do know quality when I taste it… Heh!
We were so satisfied with all the tasty food but i must give a special shout out to the some of my favourites like the Wingssssss – I’m a fan of fried wings to start off with. But their seasoning was really unique(in a good way) and unlike what I’ve tasted before! Their Soy Glazed Beef Cubes were the bomb too… with their well marinated flavors simply exploding in your mouth. Personally, I love my beef, so that’s probably why I enjoyed their Slow Braised Beef Cheeks as well. But the dish that we all raved about unanimously was their Cold Soba Summer Salad! This wins creative points as it was a surprise combi that tasted so good together, you kinda wonder why it hadn’t been created earlier.
For their desserts, it was a tie between the 2 that were served as they were simply different kind of yums and you just can’t make me choose one or the other! YOU CANT… *salivates*
